The Role We are looking for a Creative Media Editor to produce high-converting marketing content for Meta ads. Key Responsibilities Create engaging static ad creatives in Canva. Edit short-form videos (Reels, UGC, and VSLs) using CapCut. Develop creatives based on marketing briefs and brand guidelines. Organize and deliver files on time. Continuously improve creatives based on performance feedback. What We’re Looking For Proficient in Canva (static ad design). Proficient in CapCut (video editing). Strong understanding of social media advertising and visual storytelling. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Portfolio of previous work is required. Bonus Skills (Optional): Experience with HeyGen (AI avatars). Experience using Grok or other AI tools for creative ideation.
