The position is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting innovation initiatives that drive organizational growth and transformation. The position is also responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Job Responsibilities Gathers and analyzes industry trends, regulatory updates and emerging technologies. Conducts feasibility studies for new concepts and evaluate business value of proposed projects. Develops and updates Al Policy framework ensuring compliance to standards. Prepares Al reporting and assess Al maturity for BSP. Manages the We Manage board for project filtering, scoring, endorsement and prioritization. Maintains Al knowledge based updates and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reference materials. Coordinates with the internal and external teams for research, bench marking and project collaboration. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Technology- or Communications-related field At least 2 years of experience in research and development, innovation, or technology analysis Experience working with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Claude) Working knowledge of APIs and Python Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
