Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Coupa configurations. Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and user stories. Configure Coupa platform to meet client needs and support testing and validation phases. Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication. Lead functional implementation of Coupa procurement modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Spend Analysis, etc.). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field 3+ years of experience in Coupa implementation or similar procurement platform Must have experience in Source-To-Pay Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of SaaS solutio Coupa certification or hands-on experience with coupa platform is highly preferred
