The Marketing Junction
Ready to own email marketing and automations for recruitment and staffing clients across the UK and US? And ready to start work now? If you're a marketing professional who's genuinely comfortable in the technical weeds of email, not just the campaign copy, this role with The Marketing Junction offers the perfect blend of client-facing advisory work and hands-on platform setup. This is part-time (could be full time depending) What you'll do: You'll manage email marketing and automation for our recruitment and staffing clients across the UK and US. That means advising clients directly on strategy and sequencing, then building it yourself (Workign alongside designers and copywriters): setting up and troubleshooting campaigns across multiple platforms including Mailchimp and Dripify, sorting out deliverability issues, and making sure the technical foundations, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, are actually configured correctly rather than left to guesswork. You'll be the person clients turn to when an automation isn't firing or a campaign is landing in spam, as well as the person advising them on what their sequences should look like in the first place. What you'll need Essential: Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, ideally including Mailchimp and Dripify or similar tools Working understanding of email authentication and deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and the confidence to diagnose and fix issues rather than just flag them Comfortable advising clients directly, not just executing what someone else has decided Experience building marketing automations and sequences from scratch, not just editing existing ones Self-motivated approach thriving in a remote, autonomous environment Nice to have: Experience working with recruitment or staffing sector clients Familiarity with UK and US email compliance differences, such as CAN-SPAM and UK GDPR About The Marketing Junction Since 2014, we've been the go-to marketing specialists for the recruitment industry, delivering results-driven campaigns for agencies across the UK, and now the US. What sets us apart? We treat every team member, wherever they work from, with the same respect, opportunities, and flexibility. You'll enjoy genuine work-from-anywhere freedom and the autonomy to manage your schedule around your life, not the other way around. Our clients consistently praise our industry expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver immediate impact without lengthy learning curves. We need someone who can walk into a client's messy email setup and make sense of it fast. Ready to be the person clients trust with both the strategy and the plumbing behind their email marketing? Job Types: Part-time Benefits: Work from home Flexible schedule UK benefits (32 days paid holiday) Pay: Php240.00 - Php290.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits Additional leave Flexible schedule Flextime Opportunities for promotion Work from home Application Question(s): How many hours or days a week are you looking for?
