Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering/IT 1 to 2 years experience in IT Industry, Systems Integrator Companies Relevant professional license is an advantage but not required Training or certification in datacenter technologies is preferred Strong understanding of Datacenter concepts including the auxiliary equipment Ability to assist in solution design, requirements gathering, technical documentation, and preparation of BOM and SOW Good analytical, problem-solving, planning, and attention-to-detail skills Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with clients, internal teams, and technical stakeholders Willingness to conduct site visits, remote support, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities Duties AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the implementation and integration of IT solutions across enterprise environments Assist in collecting requirements from internal teams or clients to design and deliver tailored IT solutions. Assist in developing technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and operation manuals. Participate in site visits or remote support sessions to assist with product presentations and PoC’s. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT, datacenter and cybersecurity. Collaborate with senior engineers and SMEs to develop IT system designs, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Statements of Work (SOW).
