🔹 What You’ll Do: ✔️ Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts, and sole traders ✔️ Process Business Activity Statements (BAS), including GST reconciliations and fuel tax credits ✔️ Work with Xero Work Papers and Excel reports ✔️ Handle CGT calculations, Division 7A, equipment finance, FBT, managed funds, rental income schedules, and tax planning ✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships ✔️Review work prepared by junior team members and provide constructive feedback. ✔️Assist in improving accounting processes, workflows, and team procedures. ✔️Take ownership of assigned clients, tasks, and deadlines. 🔹 What We’re Looking For: ✅ 4-5 years of experience in Australian tax accounting ✅ Leadership potential and ability to mentor others ✅ Xero expertise ✅ Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws ✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines ✅ Excellent English communication skills 🏡 Work-from-home setup 📍 Preferably based in Pampanga
