Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow platform configurations and customisations tailored to business requirements Configure and manage ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Request Fulfilment, and IT Service Management workflows Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools Create and customise forms, fields, workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to optimise platform functionality Perform platform administration tasks including user management, role-based access control, and security configurations Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, providing technical support to end-users and stakeholders Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements Document technical specifications, configuration details, and standard operating procedures Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform solutions Maintain and upgrade ServiceNow instances, applying patches, plugins, and platform updates Monitor platform performance and provide recommendations for optimisation and scalability What we're looking for Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Platform Specialist, with at least 3–5 years of hands-on platform expertise Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and other relevant applications Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript, GlideScript, and Glide API Experience with ServiceNow integration tools such as MID Server, REST APIs, SOAP, and integration hubs Demonstrated ability to configure workflows, business rules, notifications, and automated processes Experience in database management and SQL query writing for ServiceNow reporting and analytics Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable Experience with change management and deployment procedures in enterprise environments Preferred experience with ServiceNow modules such as Security Incident Response or IT Risk Management Pay: Php50,000\.00 - Php60,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
