We are looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter based in the Philippines to join our recruiting team and help us hire qualified CDL drivers for our fleet. This is a remote position, but the work schedule follows Chicago time. Work Schedule The employee will work according to one of the following schedules: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Chicago Time) 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Chicago Time) 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Chicago Time) Final schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Main Responsibilities Recruit CDL truck drivers for a U.S. trucking company Contact driver leads by phone, text, email, and messaging platforms Explain company offers, pay structure, schedule, equipment, and requirements Collect driver documents and completed applications Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Help drivers complete applications and onboarding steps Check and verify driver background information Coordinate with the safety, HR, and operations teams Update CRM / recruiting pipeline with accurate notes and statuses Maintain consistent communication with qualified candidates until orientation Requirements Previous recruiting experience is required Strong English communication skills Experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, or freight recruiting is a strong advantage Experience recruiting U.S. truck drivers is a big plus Ability to work night shift according to Philippine time Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail Ability to work with documents, applications, and background check information Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates daily Organized, responsible, and result-oriented Compensation Base salary: $900 per month Bonus: $50 per hired driver who completes 1 full month of work Experienced recruiters can potentially earn $1,700 - $2,000 per month depending on performance and number of successful hires Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who understands recruiting, knows how to work with candidates, follows up consistently, and can manage the full recruiting process from first contact to completed application, document collection, background check, and driver onboarding. Experience in the U.S. trucking industry is preferred, but not required if you have strong recruiting experience and are willing to learn.
