Remote Sales Manager – Client Relations & Sales Quality Control Company: Milan Insulation Location: Remote – Philippines Employment: Full-time Starting Salary: ₱50,000 per month Probationary Period: 3 months Start Date: As soon as possible Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Toronto time Philippine equivalent: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT Candidates must be willing to adjust their schedule by one hour when Toronto changes between daylight and standard time. Position Overview Milan Insulation is hiring a confident and experienced Sales Manager to supervise two Sales Representatives/Cold Callers, handle incoming company calls, assign leads and control the quality and approval process for client projects. Key Responsibilities Answer the main company phone and assist new and existing clients. Collect project addresses, scopes, drawings, photos, timelines and bid deadlines. Coordinate complete project information with the Estimator. Receive company-provided leads and assign them to the appropriate Sales Representative. Review project and quotation details before representatives proceed with clients. Ensure quotations, discounts and project commitments receive proper approval. Maintain client, project and follow-up information in Jobber. Monitor Sales Representative calls through RingCentral. Review communication quality, follow-ups and client handling. Coach representatives and provide corrective feedback. Monitor the sales funnel, quotation follow-ups and conversions. Ensure no inquiry, assigned lead or pending quotation is neglected. Escalate unusual pricing, significant discounts, complaints and major projects to the Owner or Company Management. Prepare regular sales and employee-performance reports. Qualifications At least three years of experience in sales, client relations, customer service or business development. Previous experience supervising sales or customer-service employees. Excellent spoken and written English. Confident and professional telephone presence. Strong leadership, coaching and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and consistent with documentation and follow-ups. Experience using Jobber, RingCentral or another CRM system is preferred. Construction, insulation or home-services experience is an advantage. Remote Work Requirements Must be based in the Philippines. Reliable computer and professional headset. Stable high-speed internet with a backup connection. Quiet and dedicated workspace. Confident and professional telephone presence. Strong leadership, coaching and problem-solving skills.
