Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients, ensuring their software and applications are running smoothly. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities Provides first-line technical support for company software and applications. Troubleshoots and resolves client-reported issues through multiple communication channels. Assists with installation, configuration, and usability of software solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher-level support or development teams. Documents support activities and develops knowledge base materials. Collaborates with the development team to report and resolve software issues. Conducts remote client training and product orientation sessions. Maintains current knowledge of software updates and best practices. Suggests process improvements to enhance client experience and support efficiency. Qualification: Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related course. However, exceptional candidates who do not meet this criterion may be considered, provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
