About The Role Source One Global is hiring a Product Development Specialist to support our Product Dev team's manufacturer relations and quality assurance work. You'll work alongside our current Product Dev Specialist to coordinate samples, QA digital proofs and artwork, and keep our product pipeline moving from spec to client-ready. This is a detail-heavy, fast-paced role — great for someone who's organized, decisive under pressure, and comfortable being the bridge between design, manufacturing, and the team. What You'll Do Coordinate directly with manufacturers on sample requests, follow-ups, and shipment tracking QA samples, digital proofs, and dielines against approved specs before they go to clients Track sample status and flag delays or quality issues early Support artwork revisions, dieline handoffs, and case artwork production Maintain spec sheets and documentation for active products and clients Help prepare product recommendation decks with quick market/product research What We're Looking For Basic understanding of design principles Fluent in English, written and spoken Comfortable with Excel, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and PDF tools Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster Sharp eye for detail, ability to catch what others may miss A fast learner who stays patient through repetitive, detail-heavy work Confident making quick decisions under pressure Organized, proactive Advantage: background in packaging, consumer goods, or manufacturing Why Source One Global Work directly with a lean, fast-moving Product Dev team Room to grow — our specialist tracks have a clear path into future lead opportunities A team that values people who can stay calm and organized under pressure To apply, send your resume and portfolio (if available) — we're excited to see your work Alternatively, you may send your CV/resume to dani.santos@sourceone.global Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
