The Qualifications We Seek Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience At least 2 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) , digital marketing, growth marketing, web analytics, or digital performance optimization Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation, conversion optimization, or website performance initiatives Experience with subscription-based businesses or growth metrics such as acquisition, retention, churn, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Good understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, user behavior, and digital performance metrics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, UX, or Digital teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What You'll Do Growth & Conversion Optimization Lead CRO initiatives to improve subscription growth, conversions, engagement, revenue, and ARPU Partner with Product, Marketing, Pricing, and Subscription teams to optimize customer journeys Implement data-driven strategies that drive measurable business outcomes Performance Analytics Own acquisition performance across websites, mobile apps, search, social media, and newsletters Analyze customer behavior, conversion trends, pricing impact, and campaign performance Monitor and optimize key metrics including conversion rate, subscriber growth, retention, churn, and LTV Experimentation & Insights Develop and manage A/B testing and experimentation programs Identify optimization opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and productivity Collaboration & Leadership Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver growth initiatives Foster continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practices Manage multiple projects and priorities in an agile environment Success Measures Growth in conversions, subscribers, retention, revenue, and customer lifetime value Strong experimentation outcomes, including test volume, win rate, and business impact Increased adoption of audience insights, dashboards, segmentation strategies, and business recommendations Exciting Perks Await!
