Application Support Analyst Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst (Mid to Senior) to support and maintain our Client's production systems. This role involves troubleshooting issues, monitoring applications, and supporting front, middle, and back-office teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide application support and resolve user issues Monitor daily processes and system performance Troubleshoot incidents and implement corrective actions Support data uploads, reporting, and system operations Assist with UAT testing, system upgrades, and deployments Maintain documentation and ensure IT standards compliance Coordinate with vendors and support process improvements Requirements Experience supporting business applications (preferably in a trading/financial environment) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Working knowledge of SQL Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Nice to Have Knowledge of financial or trading systems Experience with UAT, SDLC, or change management Understanding of IT security and regulatory environment Apply now to join a dynamic IT team!
