Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and transaction categorization. Perform weekly and monthly account reconciliations for accuracy. Prepare detailed financial reports and Excel-based data analysis. Handle small business invoicing and accounts receivable ledger. Assist with historical cleanup of 2024 and 2025 financial records. Coordinate with the CPA to ensure 2026 books remain current. Maintain organized financial documentation within QuickBooks. Requirements Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial administration. High proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills for report preparation and data auditing. Detail-oriented approach to minimize errors and audit adjustments. Professional English written and verbal communication for regular touchpoints.
