If you get this role, you’re basically in the trenches with me. We’ll be talking every day. Tweaking jokes, changing music, tightening pacing, arguing about what’s funnier. It’s a close working relationship. If you’re someone who disappears for 3 days and then drops a WeTransfer link with no context, not for you. The Job We shoot 30\+ hours of multi-cam chaos. You turn that into a tight 20–30 min cinematic comedy video every 2 weeks. Vibe : Top Gear meets YouTube. Premium visuals. Silly energy. Fast pacing. No dead sections. What You’ll Actually Be Doing Multi-cam sync Proper selects (not just dumping everything in a timeline) Building story (hook → escalation → payoff → keep moving) Music sourcing \+ sound design that actually makes jokes land Captions Basic motion graphics Colour grade Clean audio mix We handle thumbnails.
