Provide first-line technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and security tools. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including system errors and application issues. Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patching. Set up and maintain workstations, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment. Support remote users via remote desktop tools, VPN, and collaboration platforms. Maintain inventory of IT assets, hardware components, and software licenses. Document all technical support interactions, issues, and resolutions in the IT service management (ITSM) system. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams for incident escalation and resolution. Office 365 Support: - Email configuration and troubleshooting - Application support (Microsoft Office, email, Teams, SharePoint etc.). - Assisting the user with backing up their email - Respond to and resolve email delivery issues, calendar syncing problems, and other common Office 365 issues. k. Other work-related tasks assigned the immediate superiors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in BS IT or any computer related course Preferably with 1-2 years' relevant experience. Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and networks. Experience in administering data backup and recovery procedures. Experience in IT asset management and evaluation. Can work with minimal supervision. Willing to work in shifting schedule including weekends and holidays. Willing to render overtime if necessary.
