About The Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Managed Security Services (MSS) Product Manager to lead the development, evolution, and management of our cybersecurity services portfolio. In this role, you will own the complete product lifecycle of our Managed Security Services, from strategy and design through implementation, launch, and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with engineering, DevOps, security architects, and global technology partners to deliver innovative security solutions that meet evolving customer needs and address today's rapidly changing threat landscape. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Managed Security Services (MSS) portfolio, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements. Drive continuous improvement of security offerings based on customer feedback, market trends, and emerging cyber threats. Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Security Architecture teams to translate business requirements into product features and technical deliverables. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and evolving cybersecurity technologies. Build and manage strategic relationships with leading cybersecurity OEM partners, ensuring alignment with technology roadmaps and evaluating new solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive technical and business documentation, including service descriptions, technical specifications, operational procedures, and sales enablement materials. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for service innovation and portfolio expansion. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required Experience 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, Solutions Architect, or similar role within Managed Security Services (MSS), cybersecurity, or enterprise cloud security. Proven experience managing technical products from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in Agile environments. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity technologies, including: SIEM and SOAR platforms Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR) Threat Intelligence Vulnerability Management Cloud Security and Compliance Frameworks Security Operations Center (SOC) environments Preferred Skills Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of SDLC and automated deployment processes. Experience managing relationships with enterprise cybersecurity vendors and OEM partners. Excellent analytical, documentation, and project management skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
