Job Description

Senior Developer – ServiceNow, SharePoint & Power BI Edit Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to help us maximize the use of ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have strong technical development skills, a solid understanding of ITIL and IT service management processes, and the ability to design practical solutions that improve service delivery, automation, reporting, and document management. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, reports, portals, service catalogs, and integrations. Optimize ITSM processes, including incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, SLA, and field service management. Design and manage SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, permissions, metadata, and document structures. Integrate ServiceNow with SharePoint for ticket attachments, project documents, work orders, and client files. Build Power BI dashboards for ticket performance, SLA compliance, workload, project status, service delivery, and operational reporting. Develop Power Automate workflows across ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft 365. Build and maintain integrations with platforms such as ConnectWise, Field Nation, Microsoft 365, SQL databases, APIs, and other business systems. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure technical solutions. Troubleshoot platform, workflow, integration, data, and performance issues. Maintain technical documentation and provide training and knowledge transfer to ETS teams. Required Qualifications Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience. Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365. Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and access controls. Experience developing REST or SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems. Strong Power BI skills, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, dashboards, and scheduled refreshes. Experience designing SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, metadata, and workflow solutions. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently and lead development initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer. ITIL Foundation certification or higher. Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365. Experience working in an MSP, service desk, field service, or multi-client environment. Experience integrating ServiceNow with ConnectWise, Field Nation, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Senior Developer who can assess our current environment, identify opportunities for improvement, and build integrated solutions that improve service delivery, workflow automation, reporting, document management, and client experience.
