Position Summary We are seeking a high-performing, self-driven Sales \& Partnerships Executive based in the Philippines to drive revenue growth across the Singapore and Malaysia markets. This is a full-cycle B2B sales role where you will independently manage the sales funnel from outbound prospecting to final close. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Sales Management: Lead prospecting, cold outreach, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing. Client Pitching: Conduct high-quality video presentations to marketing directors and brand managers, effectively conveying the value of the Glitz media kit. Product Consultations: Sell comprehensive digital advertising solutions, including custom editorial packages, social video retainers, and integrated campaigns. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM pipeline and deliver transparent weekly sales reports. Account Transition: Coordinate seamless project handovers to the account management team post-sale. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 2\+ years of successful B2B outbound sales experience. Experience in digital media sales, advertising agencies, or sponsorship sales is highly preferred. Core Skills: Proven ability to independently navigate corporate structures and close commercial deals. Language Proficiency: Flawless professional written and spoken English. Technical Setup: Ability to deliver high-quality, professional video pitches via Zoom or Google Meet. Availability: Must be able to operate strictly during Singapore/Malaysia business hours (9 AM – 6 PM SGT). Preferred Skills: Existing professional network within marketing departments in Singapore or Malaysia. Prior experience selling to hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or consumer brands.
