We are looking for a dedicated and skilled BIM Modeler to join our team in Clark, Pampanga. Responsibilities Work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for various projects. Build and maintain BIM models using software like Revit and ArchiCAD, ensuring designs meet company standards and industry best practices. Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, ensuring they are accurate, functional, and ready for construction. Collaborate with the design team to smoothly integrate concepts into the construction process, making sure models align with the latest construction technologies. Support Architectural, Electrical and Construction design projects by using BIM technology to simplify workflows and enhance project understanding. Ensure that all models and drawings comply with local building codes and regulations to make them ready for construction. Handle different projects and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and according to schedule. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Technology with a major in Drafting. At least 3+ years of experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter or in a similar role. Proficient in BIM modeling software such as Revit and ArchiCAD. Strong understanding of building construction technologies and the ability to accurately interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Excellent drafting and design skills with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude. Experience in Architectural, Electrical and Construction is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively within a team. Preferably residing in Clark, Pampanga. Immediate availability is preferred.
