Philippines-Based \| Fully Remote \| UK Working Hours Salary: ₱50,000–₱85,000 per month, depending on experience Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm UK time Location: Philippines only Role type: Full-time, remote Seek Marketing Partners, also known as SMP, is looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack / CMS Developer to join our existing remote development team. SMP is a UK-based digital marketing agency that works with ambitious businesses, in-house teams, agencies, and larger organisations. We deliver data-driven digital marketing, web development, SEO, PPC, CRO, analytics, content, and performance-led digital solutions. This role is for someone who understands that websites are not just “design and code.” They are commercial assets that need to load quickly, perform well, integrate properly, support SEO, convert visitors, and be easy for teams and clients to manage. You will be working closely with our existing team on client websites, CMS-driven builds, front-end development, back-end support, hosting environments, migrations, technical fixes, and ongoing performance improvements. This is not a junior or graduate training role . We are looking for someone who can contribute quickly, think independently, solve problems, and take ownership of technical work. We work across web development, SEO, PPC, CRO, analytics, content, lead generation, email marketing, social media, and white-label agency support. We are direct, practical, and results-focused. We do not believe in building websites just because they look good. We care about whether they are fast, usable, measurable, secure, maintainable, and able to support real business growth. Our development work is closely connected to wider marketing performance. That means the right person for this role needs to understand how development decisions affect SEO, UX, conversion rates, analytics, tracking, hosting, and long-term website reliability. What You’ll Be Working On You will be involved in building, maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting websites and web applications for SMP and our clients. Your work may include: Building Gatsby and React-based websites, working within Wordpress and other CMS's Creating reusable components and page templates Working with JavaScript and TypeScript Using GraphQL to connect websites with CMS platforms and external data Supporting CMS-driven websites, including traditional and headless CMS setups Working on Laravel and PHP-based projects Managing and troubleshooting sites in Plesk Handling front-end fixes, back-end issues, hosting problems, and deployment tasks Supporting website migrations, updates, performance improvements, and maintenance Working with SEO, PPC, CRO, analytics, content, and design teams Improving website speed, technical structure, usability, and reliability Supporting API integrations and database-driven functionality Maintaining existing codebases as well as contributing to new builds Core Technologies You should have strong commercial experience with several of the following: JavaScript TypeScript React Gatsby GraphQL HTML5 CSS3 Responsive front-end development CMS platforms Laravel PHP Plesk MySQL or PostgreSQL REST APIs Git You do not need to be perfect in every single area, but you must be a strong all-round developer who can work across front-end, CMS, back-end, and hosting-related tasks. Essential Experience We are looking for someone who can show real experience with: Building and maintaining commercial websites React-based development Gatsby or similar modern front-end frameworks CMS integrations Laravel or PHP projects Working with hosting control panels, especially Plesk Troubleshooting live website issues Working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL Debugging code written by other developers Communicating clearly with a remote team Managing tasks without needing constant supervision Understanding how websites support SEO, performance, CRO, and analytics Nice to Have These are not all required, but they would be a strong advantage: Next.js experience WordPress development experience Headless CMS experience, such as Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, Prismic, or similar Node.js / Express experience MongoDB or Redis experience E-commerce development experience Website migration experience Technical SEO knowledge Website performance optimisation experience Experience working with UK, US, or international clients Agency experience Experience supporting multiple websites or brands at the same time The Type of Person We’re Looking For This role would suit someone who: Has several years of real-world development experience Can confidently work across front-end and back-end tasks Is comfortable with CMS-driven websites Understands that development work must support commercial outcomes Can work independently and ask good questions when needed Can investigate problems rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions Communicates clearly in English Is reliable, organised, and comfortable working remotely Can work UK business hours from the Philippines Wants a long-term role within an established team Working Hours This is a fully remote role for someone based in the Philippines. The working hours are: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm UK time Candidates must be comfortable working these hours on a long-term basis. For clarity, during UK daylight saving time, this is usually 4:00pm–12:30am Philippines time . During UK standard time, this is usually 5:00pm–1:30am Philippines time . The UK clocks go forward on 29 March 2026 and back on 25 October 2026, while the Philippines operates on UTC\+8\. Salary The salary range for this role is: ₱50,000–₱85,000 per month The final offer will depend on experience, technical ability, communication skills, reliability, and how closely your experience matches the role. Who This Role Is Not For This is not suitable for someone who is only just starting their development career. We are open to exceptional early-career developers, but you must be able to demonstrate strong practical experience, real project work, and the ability to contribute at a senior level. This role is also not suitable for someone who only wants front-end work and is uncomfortable with CMS, Laravel/PHP, hosting, troubleshooting, or maintaining existing websites.
