Community Growth & Marketing Coordinator About MarketLister MarketLister is a growing online platform focused on helping businesses, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and local communities connect and grow. We believe creating great content is only the first step. The real challenge is getting that content in front of the right people, building relationships, and growing an engaged community. We're looking for someone who is motivated to help grow our brand through content, outreach, engagement, and relationship building. This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow as the company grows. Your Mission Your mission is simple. Help MarketLister reach more people every day. Creating content is only a small part of your role. Your primary responsibility is helping grow our audience by actively promoting our content, building relationships, engaging with entrepreneurs and businesses, and identifying opportunities to expand our reach. Responsibilities Content Creation Create social media graphics using AI and Canva. Create Instagram Reels and short videos. Write engaging captions. Schedule content across multiple platforms. Repurpose content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and X. Community Growth Respond to comments and direct messages. Build relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners. Engage with relevant social media communities. Leave thoughtful comments on entrepreneur and small business content. Encourage conversations around our content. Help build an active online community. Business Outreach Contact businesses to introduce MarketLister. Invite businesses to be featured. Encourage businesses to submit videos and success stories. Help businesses create free listings. Build relationships with business owners and organizations. Growth & Promotion Research new ways to increase followers and engagement. Identify partnership opportunities. Contact creators and influencers for collaborations. Find online communities where MarketLister should have a presence. Recommend new ideas to increase brand awareness. Research Research entrepreneurship. Research AI developments. Research business statistics. Research small business trends. Identify content people will save and share. Analytics Monitor engagement and growth. Track which content performs best. Provide weekly reports and recommendations. Suggest improvements based on performance. This Position Is NOT Simply creating graphics all day. Posting content and waiting for people to find it. Waiting for daily instructions. This Position IS Growing an audience. Building relationships. Promoting content. Finding opportunities. Helping MarketLister become more visible every day. Required Skills Excellent written English. Strong communication skills. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT. Canva experience. CapCut or similar video editing software. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Skills Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Express. Figma. Basic video editing. Copywriting. Community management. SEO knowledge. Experience marketing small businesses. Success Will Be Measured By Success is not measured by how many graphics you create. Success is measured by results, including: Growth in followers. Increased engagement. More shares and saves. Stronger community participation. Business outreach completed. New partnerships created. Increased website traffic.
