About The Role We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Global Data Research \& Automation Specialist to support our efforts in identifying and mapping community associations worldwide. This role blends advanced research, data management, and AI-assisted automation to produce accurate, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working with AI tools, automation platforms, and large-scale datasets. Key Responsibilities 1\. Global Data Research \& Discovery Systematically identify community associations (HOAs, condominiums, co-ops) across multiple countries and regions. Utilize public records, registries, websites, government portals, and social platforms to source association data. Capture and maintain key details such as association name, location, website, contact information, management company, board contacts, and structural attributes. 2\. AI Agent Development \& Automation Build, configure, and prompt AI agents using tools such as Copilot Studio, browser automation platforms, and web-scraping software to autonomously collect and map association data. Continuously refine automation workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Monitor outputs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize logic to ensure consistent data reliability. 3\. Data Verification \& Quality Assurance Validate data through cross-referencing, trusted sources, and AI-assisted verification processes. Maintain high data integrity by deduplicating records, standardizing formats, and flagging inconsistencies. Collaborate closely with the AMS/database team to ensure seamless integration into D365\. 4\. Reporting \& Insights Generation Deliver regular reports on database growth, data coverage, and regional trends. Identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging patterns in global community association development. Recommend potential markets for expansion, partnerships, research initiatives, or membership outreach. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or data intelligence roles; experience working with global datasets is a plus. Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and/or web-scraping technologies . Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to validate, organize, and manage large datasets. Proficiency in Excel, databases, and CRM systems (experience with D365 is highly preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to clearly document processes and present findings. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup . Willing to work U.S. business hours (night shift, PH time), full-time (40 hours per week) , Monday to Friday.
