Position Summary The Property Accountant responsible for managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports for properties. Duties & Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of the Property Accountant are listed below and should be considered non-exhaustive: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts/entities. Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices, ensuring accurate coding, timely entry, and compliance with internal controls. Process vendor invoices in accordance with internal controls. Prepare and post journal entries for fund transfers, interest, accruals, loan payments, and adjustments. Record and post cash receipts for multiple properties/entities. Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial reports. Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation. Perform ad hoc projects as required (e.g., reporting, annual audit support, cost control, and other accounting-related tasks). Education & Work Background Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, financial management, accounting technology or related field Minimum of 3 to 4 years of work experience handling high-volume accounting transactions (general ledger, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement preparation, accounts receivable and accounts payable) in a hotel, tourism, and hospitality industry for a global brand Previous work experience in ERP systems, MRI is highly desirable Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external customers, all management levels, team members and co-workers Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Charts, and Graphs, etc.) Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Work Location: Remote
