Company: JSM Advanz Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home (Philippines) Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (PHT) Experience Level: Open for Junior to Mid-Level What You’ll Do As our Marketing Specialist, your primary focus is strategy, vision, and planning. You will focus on developing marketing strategies and campaign plans, while our Project Coordinators handle the day to day execution and coordination. Key Responsibilities Include Campaign Strategy: Proactively create holistic marketing campaigns across our core channels: SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing. AI-Driven Planning: Leverage AI tools to research, brainstorm, and build structured marketing strategies focused on client goals and objectives. Client Proposals: Partner closely with the agency owner to collaborate on, write, and refine marketing proposals for prospective clients. Cross-Team Collaboration: Hand off your marketing plans to our Project Coordinators, who will ensure all tasks are executed flawlessly by the team. Performance Follow-Up: Monitor the results of your campaigns and analyze performance to pivot strategies as needed. What We Are Looking For We believe skills can be taught, but a great attitude cannot. Experience and technical proficiency are secondary to resourcefulness and a problem-solving mindset. Familiarity Over Mastery: You don’t need to be an expert executioner, but you must be knowledgeable and familiar with how SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing, and basic Web Development work together. Resourceful & Tech-Savvy: You know how to use AI tools to scale your thinking and love finding creative solutions to unique problems. Collaborative Communicator: Excellent written and verbal English skills are a must. You will be working closely with management and coordinating with the team. Easygoing & Positive: A reliable team player who fits into a warm, long-standing company culture. Technical Requirements (Work from Home) A reliable, high-speed internet connection (with a backup plan for power/internet outages). Own a reliable computer/Laptop capable of handling daily marketing tools and video calls. A quiet, professional workspace suitable for US shift hours.
