Company: Group Company Position: Designation Office Location: UB Plaza, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines, (Headquarters) Job Summary Position description 'The AI Policy and Governance Officer support the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and standards governing the ethical and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI within the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal governance frameworks, and industry best practices, while promoting transparency, fairness, and accountability in AI initiatives Duties and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities Policy Development and Documentation + Assist in drafting and updating AI governance policies, including guidelines for AI lifecycle management (development, validation, deployment, monitoring). + Ensure alignment with BSP regulations, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and internal standards. Compliance Monitoring + Track adherence to AI governance frameworks and escalate non-compliance issues to the AI Policy and Governance Head. + Maintain audit-ready documentation for regulatory reviews and internal audits. Risk and Ethical Assessment + Support risk assessments for AI projects, focusing on fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation. + Document ethical considerations and ensure responsible AI principles are embedded in all initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement and Training + Coordinate awareness programs and training sessions on AI governance policies and best practices. + Collaborate with internal teams (Data Governance, Risk, Compliance) and external partners for policy alignment. Reporting and Governance Support + Prepare dashboards and reports on AI compliance and governance metrics for committees (e.g., Enterprise AI Steering Committee). + Support governance reviews and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Continuous Improvement + Monitor emerging AI regulations and best practices to recommend policy updates. + Contribute to process enhancements for AI governance and lifecycle management.
