Description Manage and oversee daily collections activities and operations. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts. Maintain accurate records of all collections transactions and communications. Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on key performance indicators. Resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding payment issues effectively.
