About The Role We are seeking a motivated Remote Telemarketer to join our growing team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our services, and generate interest in insurance quotes. Once a lead is qualified, the telemarketer will live-transfer the call to a licensed sales agent for quoting and closing. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential leads (provided by the agency). Engage prospects with a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach. Identify customer needs and determine eligibility for auto, home, renters, or business insurance quotes. Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and lead details in the CRM system. Live-transfer qualified leads directly to licensed sales agents. Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals (calls, conversations, transfers). Follow compliance guidelines and adhere to company policies. Qualifications Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or call center environment (preferred, but not required). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated. Organized and detail-oriented with basic computer skills (CRM, email, dialing systems). Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.
