Work From Home | Philippines Only | Full-Time | U.S. Hours We are hiring experienced automotive parts sales professionals for a remote role serving customers in the United States. This is a phone-based inside sales position . We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience selling used/recycled automotive parts to U.S. customers. This is not an entry-level role and is not suitable for candidates with only general BPO or customer-service experience. What You'll Do Handle customer inquiries by phone Understand automotive parts requirements Prepare and communicate quotations Follow up with prospective customers Close sales over the phone Maintain accurate customer and sales records Provide order-related customer communication Assist with post-sale concerns when necessary Who We're Looking For Strong preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked for a U.S.-focused used/recycled automotive parts company . Relevant experience may include: Automotive parts inside sales Used/recycled parts sales Engines, transmissions, or other major automotive components Telephone-based sales Parts identification and quoting Lead follow-up and closing Customer account management Post-sale customer support General BPO experience alone is not sufficient. Requirements Excellent spoken English Previous automotive parts sales experience Confidence speaking with U.S. customers Strong sales and closing ability Good automotive knowledge Strong computer skills Comfortable using CRM and automotive software Reliable internet and professional work-from-home setup Availability for U.S.-aligned working hours Compensation Competitive fixed salary plus performance incentives based on experience and results.
