Employment Status You will be employed under a Probationary Employment Status for a period of six (6\) months from your start date. During the probationary period, your performance will be assessed based on, but not limited to: Production and sales performance Achievement of assigned quotas Quality of work and productivity Compliance with company policies and procedures Professional conduct and attendance Regularization shall be subject to the successful completion of probationary requirements and management approval. Regular employment is not automatic and shall be based on overall performance evaluation and business requirements. Probationary Period (First Six Months) The probationary performance schedule shall be as follows: Month Monthly Net Paid Premium Quota Key Activities 1st Month ₱1,000,000 Onboarding, Training, Prospecting, and Lead Generation 2nd Month ₱1,000,000 Prospecting and selling 3rd Month ₱1,000,000 Performance Evaluation and Month-End Review 4th Month ₱1,000,000 Prospecting and selling 5th Month ₱1,000,000 Management Review for Regularization or Extension of Probationary Period 6th Month ₱1,000,000 Prospecting and Selling COMMISSION PROGRAM Commission Rate Employees who achieve the required quota shall be entitled to a commission equivalent to: 2% of Net Paid and Collected Premium All commissions shall be subject to: Full collection of premium payments Validation and confirmation by the Company Official policy issuance Applicable withholding taxes and government regulations Monthly and Quarterly Commission Qualification 1\. Commission is computed monthly based on actual production and collections. 2\. If the monthly production quota is not achieved, no commission shall be payable for that particular month. 3\. If the employee subsequently achieves the required quarterly production target, retroactive commission ("Retro Commission") may be granted for the months within the same quarter where commission was previously not earned. 4\. Retro Commission shall only apply to validated and qualified accounts that meet all commission Requirements .
