Position Overview We are looking for a Sales \& Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry. Prepare and submit quotations and proposals, process orders, and perform other sales/marketing-related functions. Conduct client visits, meetings, and site inspections as necessary. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, including promotions and events. Monitor industry trends to maintain the business's strategic plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurial, Marketing, Mechanical, Customs Admin or any related field . (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.) Proficiency in MS Office applications and other digital tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino. Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and site inspections when required. A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
