This role will be responsible for executing outbound outreach, generating qualified leads, building strong relationships through both digital engagement and in-person networking activities. The ideal candidate will be confident in initiating business conversations, representing the company professionally in external settings, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial prospecting through client acquisition. Job Responsibilities Execute outbound outreach to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, in-person meetings and other relevant channels Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads within the Philippine market Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and strengthen brand presence Identify relevant market opportunities and potential partnerships across key Philippine industries Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system Schedule discovery meetings, progress deals, and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the Sales/Account Management team Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs in Philippines Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to align outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign execution Ideal Candidate Highly proactive, confident, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership over targets and outcomes Enjoys building relationships and engaging with new people in both digital and in-person settings Comfortable serving as the first point of contact with prospective clients and representing the company professionally Curious about business, sustainability, and technology-driven solutions, with a willingness to continuously learn Resilient and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection positively and maintain momentum Ambitious and growth-oriented, with a clear desire to develop a long-term career in sales and business development Requirements Based in Philippines / NCR, with a strong understanding of the local business environment and market dynamics 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, client outreach, sales development, or a related role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations with new prospects across multiple channels Willing to represent the company in industry events and participate in on-ground networking activities when required Highly organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously Familiarity with Sandlers, Command of the Message and other Sales Methodologies is an advantage Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and related sales tools is an advantage Prior experience in account management and client acquisition is an advantage Why Join Us?
