Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: PHP 270 – 380 per hour Approximately PHP 45,003 to 63,338 monthly for a full-time schedule. This monthly estimate is based on a 50-week working year (4.167 weeks per month equivalent) for consistent full-time payroll computation. How pay is computed: Hourly rate × 40 hours/week × 4.167 weeks/month Example: PHP 270/hour × 40 hours/week × 4.167 weeks/month \= PHP 45,003/month Paid overtime: All approved overtime hours are fully compensated based on your hourly rate (no unpaid overtime). About The Role As a Business Development Associate, you will support our growth initiatives by managing leads, conducting initial qualification calls with prospective clients, and helping identify opportunities that align with our services. You will be responsible for conducting pre-introduction calls with prospects to understand their needs, goals, and business situation. You will evaluate whether prospects are a good fit for our services, gather important information, and schedule qualified prospects for introductory meetings with our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and helping connect potential clients with the right solutions. The successful candidate must have excellent spoken English, confidence in professional conversations, and the ability to communicate effectively with business owners, professionals, and potential clients. Key Responsibilities Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Conduct pre-introduction qualification calls with prospective clients to understand their needs, goals, challenges, and expectations. Evaluate whether prospects are a good fit for our services based on their needs, business profile, goals, and budget availability. Ask effective discovery questions to identify qualified opportunities and understand client requirements. Schedule introductory meetings with qualified prospects and ensure proper handoff to the appropriate team members. Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with prospects throughout the initial sales process. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, qualification notes, follow-ups, and appointment outcomes. Assist with membership-related activities, including coordinating and supporting membership meetings. Work closely with the business development team to improve lead conversion and client acquisition processes. Support other growth initiatives and special projects as assigned. Must have a certified C1 English proficiency level or above (Advanced level) based on a recognized English language assessment (IELTS, TOEFL, or Cambridge) You are confident speaking with business owners, executives, professionals, and potential clients. You are comfortable conducting discovery conversations and asking questions to understand client needs. You can evaluate whether a prospect is a suitable fit based on their requirements, goals, and budget availability. You have a positive attitude and enjoy connecting with people. You are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities. You have strong attention to detail and maintain accurate records. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems, and online communication tools. You have experience in sales, lead qualification, appointment setting, client service, or business development — preferred. You are proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated to contribute to company growth. You are eager to learn, develop professionally, and build a long-term career in business development.
