We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership and build a digital marketing function from the ground up for a growing property inspection company. What You Will Do Build the Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from scratch. Drive Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation. Lead SEO: Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements. Manage CRM: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer relationships and inform marketing initiatives. Track Performance: Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to the leadership team. What We’re Looking For Portfolio Required: A strong, accessible online portfolio showcasing your past digital marketing successes. Foundational Builder: Proven experience setting up and managing digital marketing departments or functions from scratch. Technical Expertise: Hands-on, practical experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM is strictly required. SEO Mastery: Deep practical knowledge of SEO tools, principles, and content strategy best practices.
