Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Service Lead to support field installation operations by coordinating field technicians for network configuration, installation, maintenance, and support activities. This role is focused on field execution coordination, dispatch support, and operational escalation handling, managing the end-to-end ticket lifecycle from assignment to closure. The role works closely with internal operations teams and field technicians, ensuring smooth execution of field visits and escalating operational exceptions (e.g., no-shows, access issues, delays) to ServicePoint when required. Key Responsibilities Ticket Management: Receive and review incoming service tickets. Validate scope, requirements, and operational instructions. Ensure accurate prioritization and assignment readiness. Field Technician Coordination (Dispatch Execution): Assign and coordinate field technicians using WorkMarket or similar platforms. Verify technician availability, and assignment alignment. Ensure proper scheduling and execution readiness. Scheduling \& Field Visit Coordination: Coordinate technician schedules and field visit logistics. Ensure technicians receive correct instructions, documentation, and access details. Adjust schedules based on operational requirements. Field Execution Monitoring \& Escalation Handling: Monitor field activity progress and support execution in real time. Escalate operational issues such as: No-shows, Access issues, Delays or execution blockers Act as coordination point between ServicePoint and field technicians. Communication \& Issue Resolution: Facilitate communication between technicians and internal operations teams. Support troubleshooting of field execution issues. Ensure timely resolution of operational blockers. Evidence Collection \& Compliance: Ensure technicians submit required completion evidence (photos, reports, confirmations). Validate documentation accuracy and completeness. Client Follow-up \& Feedback: Collect feedback on field execution quality. Support resolution of post-visit issues or follow-ups. Ticket Closure: Confirm completion of all required deliverables. Ensure accurate system updates and documentation closure. Qualifications Required: Experience 2\+ years in dispatch coordination, field operations, project coordination, dispatch coordination or similar roles. Experience coordinating field technicians strongly preferred. Technical Skills Basic to intermediate understanding of network infrastructure (routers, connectivity, installations). Ability to interpret technical instructions and coordinate field execution. Soft Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong escalation management and problem-solving mindset. Ability to operate in fast-paced environments. Stakeholder management and customer communication skills Tools WorkMarket or similar dispatch platforms. Teams, Salesforce, or equivalent ticketing systems. Microsoft Office Suite.
