We are seeking an experienced Mid–Senior SEO Outreach Specialist to lead and execute high-quality link-building and digital outreach campaigns. This role requires strong SEO judgment, advanced outreach skills, and the ability to secure authoritative, niche-relevant backlinks at scale while maintaining white-hat standards. The ideal candidate can work independently, optimize outreach strategies, and consistently deliver measurable SEO results. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute advanced SEO outreach and link-building campaigns Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-authority, niche-relevant backlink opportunities Perform in-depth competitor backlink analysis and gap analysis Secure backlinks through guest posts, link insertion, link reclamation, business listing & partnerships. Craft personalized outreach emails and follow-ups with strong conversion rates Negotiate placements, pricing, and terms with publishers and site owners Maintain and expand relationships with webmasters, editors, and agencies Ensure backlink quality, relevance, anchor text optimization, and compliance with Google guidelines Track, monitor, and report outreach performance and link status Troubleshoot lost or removed links and proactively recover them Provide insights and recommendations to improve outreach and SEO strategy Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO outreach and link building Strong understanding of on-page, off-page SEO, and link evaluation metrics (DA, DR, traffic, power & trust, spam score) Proven ability to acquire links from real, authoritative websites Advanced email outreach and negotiation skills Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or similar) Strong analytical and prospecting skills Excellent written English and professional communication Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience managing or mentoring junior outreach specialists Familiarity with outreach automation tools Experience in multiple niches (SaaS, finance, e-commerce, local SEO, etc.) Basic understanding of content strategy and editorial guidelines Experience working with international clients and publishers Job Type: Full-time Benefits Work from home Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
