About The Role We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and improving GoHighLevel systems for clients, including CRM structures, automated workflows, funnels, campaigns, and communication processes. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, detail-focused, proactive, and technically capable , with hands-on experience managing CRM systems and automation within GoHighLevel. You should also be comfortable handling multiple client accounts and priorities in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, CRM systems, and sales pipelines Develop, manage, and optimize workflows, triggers, automations, and lead-nurturing campaigns Build and maintain landing pages, sales funnels, forms, calendars, email sequences, and SMS campaigns Monitor GHL systems and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or workflow-related issues Assist with lead tracking, management, and client follow-up activities Keep CRM information accurate, organized, and properly maintained Work with clients and internal teams to improve automation processes and workflow efficiency Create and maintain documentation for processes and system procedures Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and overall client workflows Handle multiple assignments and client requests while consistently meeting deadlines Required QualificationsMust-Have Demonstrated professional experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) Strong knowledge of CRM management, sales pipelines, automation workflows, and lead-nurturing processes Hands-on experience creating funnels, landing pages, forms, and campaign sequences within GHL Familiarity with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and appointment scheduling systems Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment Strong written and spoken English communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting international clients in a remote environment Experience improving CRM processes and optimizing automated workflows Familiarity with third-party integrations and automation platforms Employment Details Position: GoHighLevel Specialist Employment Type: Full-time Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home Schedule Full-time, with preference for candidates who can work during U.S. business hours Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Career advancement opportunities Pay raises Opportunity for permanent employment Work-from-home arrangement Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Work from home Application Question(s): How many years of relevant experience do you have in using GHL?
