Profile Requirements: Min 2 years previous experience in a Business Analyst, Test Analyst, QA Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software testing methodologies. Exposure to project management or Agile delivery environments. Experience with ticketing and defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Technical knowledge of databases, APIs, software development, or system integrations. Core responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform functional, user acceptance, regression, and end-to-end testing. Validate system enhancements, integrations, and new releases against business requirements. Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. Conduct root cause analysis on system and process issues. Ensure systems perform as intended and deliver a positive user experience.
