About The Role Calidad Services is a fast-growing California security and technology company, and we're hiring a Remote Physical Security Operations Supervisor to own officer accountability and tour compliance across all of our active sites — from a remote seat in Colombia. This is not a monitoring job. You are the person who catches a missed checkpoint at 2:14 AM, calls the officer within 15 minutes, documents it, coaches it, and makes sure it doesn't happen again. Every site. Every post. Every shift. WORKING HOURS & ENGAGEMENT Full-time Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time US (Monday – Friday) WHAT YOU'LL OWN Tour & Checkpoint Compliance Monitor live tour execution across all active sites. Every missed checkpoint gets a call to the officer within 15 minutes — not a note at the end of the shift. Officer Accountability Track late starts, no-shows, early departures, and idle time. Coach on the first occurrence, document on the second, escalate to the US manager on the third. New Site Setup Build each new site in TrackTik from post orders and site walks — checkpoint placement, tour routes, geofences, report fields, escalation contacts, and client reporting cadence. Own the go-live checklist. Report Quality Review daily activity reports and incident reports for completeness, accuracy, and professional tone before anything reaches a client. Send weak reports back with specific corrections. Post Order Maintenance Keep every site's post orders current, versioned, and acknowledged in writing by every assigned officer. Training Run scenario role-plays on refusals, trespass contacts, medical events, and hostile encounters. Run hot seat sessions where an officer walks a live scenario while you observe and correct. KPI Reporting One dashboard to management weekly. One exception report daily. Trends and recommendations — not screenshots. HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED Tour and checkpoint completion rate: 95% or better, by site Response time to a missed checkpoint: under 15 minutes On-time DAR submission rate: 98% Incident report delivered to client: within 2 hours of event Unfilled post hours: under 1% of scheduled Post orders current and acknowledged: 100% within 90 days WHAT YOU'LL NEED 4+ years supervising physical security officers, including scheduling, discipline, and direct client contact Hands-on administration of a guard management platform — TrackTik strongly preferred; Silvertrac, Trackforce, Guardso, or equivalent accepted Fluent professional English and native or fluent Spanish, spoken and written Demonstrated experience writing post orders, SOPs, or training materials Comfortable on camera and on a shared screen for most of the working day Reliable home office: wired internet with backup connection, power backup, quiet dedicated workspace, dual monitors NICE TO HAVE Experience supervising officers on construction, multifamily, or commercial property sites Experience investigating incidents and building case files for law enforcement handoff Prior work with US-based clients and US reporting expectations Military or law enforcement background Pay: From Php73,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Why should we hire you?
