Qualifications Must Have Availability to work US business hours on a night shift (Philippines-based, flexible) 5+ years of software testing experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or CRM platforms Hands-on Playwright automation experience Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management Excellent communication skills Strong Advantage Experience with D365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Customer Insights Experience with PIM platforms and product data validation Experience with Boomi integration testing Experience with Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, or similar test management tools Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines API testing using Postman Experience supporting global teams Nice to Have ISTQB Certification Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework Familiarity with Power Platform and Dataverse Experience with enterprise digital transformation projects Job Description Depending on the engagement, QA engineers on our bench typically work on: Executing functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing across D365 and CRM platforms Developing, maintaining, and executing Playwright automated test scripts Building automated smoke and regression suites Validating integrations across CRM, ERP, PIM, APIs, Boomi, and third-party applications Creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and traceability matrices Logging, tracking, and verifying defects through to closure Participating in Agile ceremonies and release validation activities Supporting CI/CD testing and deployment verification.
