Financial Systems Analyst (Workday Migration \& Financial Operations) Remote/Night Shift About The Role We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support a major finance systems transformation initiative, including the migration from Sage Intacct to Workday. This role will serve as a key partner between Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, data integrity, process optimization, and operational efficiency. This is more than a systems migration role—it is an opportunity to help modernize financial operations by improving workflows, reducing manual processes, and leveraging automation to create a more scalable and efficient finance environment. Key Responsibilities Workday Migration \& Financial Systems Support Support the migration from Sage Intacct to Workday, focusing on financial processes and operational continuity. Assist with the configuration, validation, testing, and deployment of Workday Financial modules. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate finance workflows. Partner with implementation teams to align business requirements with system configuration. Accounting Software Migration \& Process Optimization Evaluate existing accounting and finance processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Recommend workflow enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and reporting capabilities. Assess the impact of system changes on team workflows, workload distribution, and operational processes. Contribute to the design of a more efficient finance operating model post-migration. Financial Data Migration \& Validation Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration of financial data from legacy systems. Ensure accurate migration of chart of accounts, transaction data, vendor records, customer records, and historical financial information. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data integrity. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong background in accounting processes, financial reporting, and finance operations. Experience supporting or participating in a Workday implementation or migration. Experience with data migration, validation, and financial systems workflows. Understanding of Finance, HR, and Payroll data integration. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Pay: Php150,000\.00 - Php180,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
