HIRING: Workforce Software Tester- Remote Location: Remote / Work From Home (Philippines) Shift: US Day Shift Employment Type: Full-time / Independent Contractor Duration: Long-term Industry: Oil & Gas Equipment: Company Provided Candidates: Filipino Preferred We are looking for a Workforce Software Tester responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities for ADP Workforce Software implementations and enhancements. This role ensures system configurations meet business requirements across timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, accruals, integrations, and payroll interfaces Responsibilities Testing Strategy & Planning · Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for ADP Workforce Software implementations and system updates. · Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. · Define test scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria aligned with project milestones. Test Case Development & Execution · Design detailed test cases and test scripts covering: · Time and attendance rules · Pay rules and calculations · Scheduling configurations · Leave and accruals · Clocking devices and badge transactions · Interfaces with payroll, HRIS, and other downstream systems · Execute test cases and document results, including evidence and validation logs. · Validate end-to-end payroll impacts from time capture through payroll output. Defect Management · Identify, document, and track system defects using defect tracking tools. · Work with ADP consultants, configuration teams, and technical resources to resolve issues. · Perform retesting and regression testing after fixes are implemented. Integration & Data Validation · Validate inbound and outbound interfaces including: · HRIS integrations · Payroll integrations · Time clock transactions · Data exports · Verify data integrity, file formats, and field mappings . UAT Coordination · Support business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing . · Provide guidance on test execution and issue reporting. · Track UAT progress and ensure completion of test scenarios. Documentation & Reporting · Maintain testing documentation including: o Test plans o Test scripts o Defect logs o Testing status reports o Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders. Go-Live Support · Participate in cutover planning and validation activities. · Perform post-go-live validation testing to ensure system stability. Qualifications Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related field . · 3+ years of experience in workforce management or payroll system testing. · Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Software (WFS) or similar workforce management platforms. · Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and payroll validation testing . · Strong knowledge of timekeeping, pay rules, scheduling, and attendance management . · Experience with defect tracking and test management tools . Preferred Qualifications · Experience with ADP Workforce Software implementations or migrations . · Knowledge of time clocks, badge readers, kiosks, and mobile time capture . · Experience testing payroll integrations with systems like ADP GlobalView or Celergo . · Familiarity with global or multi-country workforce management deployments . · Understanding of labor compliance and payroll regulations .
