GrowthAssistant
Who We Are GrowthAssistant connects top marketing and operations talent with fast-growing companies that depend on great execution to scale. Founded in 2021 and named by Forbes as one of the best startups to work at, we're a permanently remote team that runs on integrity, proactive candor, and a bias toward action — and we prioritize the human experience in everything we do. We hire for skill and for heart, and we invest in our people for the long haul. The Opportunity We're hiring an Influencer Marketing Associate to own end-to-end influencer program support at a fast-growing performance marketing agency managing influencer and affiliate programs across a portfolio of leading brand clients — sourcing and vetting new partnership opportunities, executing outreach and onboarding across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, auditing content for brand compliance and FTC requirements, maintaining performance tracking across client campaigns, and serving as a reliable operational partner where accuracy, strong organization, and proactive communication are the standard. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Influencer Recruitment: Source new partnership opportunities and build influencer casting lists by vetting candidates for brand alignment, authenticity, engagement rate, following size, and feed relevancy — screening both outbound and inbound opportunities and proactively building relationships that serve the full scope of client needs. Influencer Onboarding: Lead onboarding communications, provide resources to streamline the process, troubleshoot with influencers, and coordinate product shipments and ongoing fulfillment logistics to ensure a smooth program entry experience. Outreach & Contract Coordination: Execute templated outreach across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook; manage contract coordination and all related administrative data entry touchpoints using client-provided templates and workflows. Briefing & Campaign Support: Draft project briefing documents with client guidance so influencers understand product messaging, content creation guidelines, and campaign expectations — then support ongoing campaign management by reviewing content against those guidelines throughout the program. Content Auditing & QA: Conduct weekly content audits across all assigned clients to verify brand-specific content requirements, FTC disclaimers, affiliate link functionality, and CTAs are in place — completing audit trackers, flagging key misses for account teams, and performing first-pass quality review before content goes live. Reporting & Data Analytics: Gather content performance metrics directly from influencers, import data into tracking spreadsheets, pull reporting across influencer and affiliate tech systems, back up data in centralized client folders, and support account teams with ad hoc client reporting requests. Portfolio Management: Manage multiple concurrent client campaigns with strong organizational discipline — maintaining full visibility into each client's scope, prioritizing tasks against client objectives, identifying new opportunities, and escalating risks or misalignments to account teams with recommended solutions. What You Bring Influencer Marketing Experience: 2+ years executing influencer marketing campaigns, with hands-on experience managing programs across social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Platform Proficiency: Experience with CreatorIQ or a comparable influencer marketing platform, plus intermediate proficiency in Asana or a similar project management tool for managing multi-client workloads. Data & Reporting Skills: Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets skills for data entry, performance tracking, metric imports, and building or maintaining reports and trackers across multiple client accounts. Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills — clear, professional, and responsive in a remote, cross-functional environment where you're coordinating with influencers, account teams, and clients simultaneously. Availability & Independence: Ability to work US time zones (EST preferred) with the discipline to execute tasks independently while collaborating closely with account teams who assign, train, and guide your work across a diverse client portfolio.
