We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives across social media, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and campaign coordination for a fast-moving renovation and restoration contractor serving the multifamily housing, hospitality, and commercial industries across the United States. This is a hands-on execution role. You will manage social media accounts, run paid campaigns, build and deploy email workflows, monitor performance, and keep marketing projects moving across multiple channels simultaneously. If you are organized, analytical, and comfortable owning digital marketing execution without heavy oversight, this role is a strong fit. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive This role requires availability during US business hours Work across a broad mix of digital marketing channels with real ownership and direct access to the Director of Marketing What You'll Work On Social Media Management Maintain and manage company social media accounts across platforms Create advertising materials and branded content using design and marketing tools Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms and track engagement performance Support special projects, company events, webinars, and promotional campaigns Paid Media Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis and present findings to the marketing team Assist with landing page updates, lead capture forms, and campaign tracking implementation Email Marketing and Automation Create, build, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation Assist with the development and execution of automated email workflows and drip campaigns Monitor email campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe trends Analytics and Reporting Monitor website traffic and digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools Research industry trends and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing requests are addressed and projects stay on track What You Bring 2 to 3 years of proven digital marketing experience Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, and paid media campaigns Proficiency with design and marketing tools such as Canva, Microsoft Design, or Adobe Acrobat Familiarity with Google Ads, web analytics platforms, and CRM tools Understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword research, website optimization, and digital advertising strategies Experience with LinkedIn marketing and navigation Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and workflow management tools Strong written and verbal English communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Digital Marketing Experience in construction, renovation, real estate, or a related B2B industry Background working with a Director of Marketing or similar senior stakeholder in a fast-paced environment Experience with Google AdWords campaign management
