Visit us: https://trusttherapeutics.com LinkedIn: linkedin.com/company/trusttherapeutics Position Summary Trust Therapeutics is seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media & Content Coordinator to lead our social media presence and support our broader content and digital communications efforts. This Independent Contractor role owns the weekly posting calendar, coordinates with our content and video editor on visuals, reels, and ad creative, and supports blog and website content updates across our U.S. and U.K. platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across social, web, and directory platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management & Scheduling Manage and execute the weekly social media posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Schedule and publish content using Later.com (or a similar scheduling platform), ensuring alignment with campaign calendars. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance through weekly performance reporting and monthly recommendations with actionable insights. Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes. 2. Content Coordination Coordinate with the content and video editor on deliverables including videos, reels, images, and ad copy, and follow up on deadlines to ensure timely delivery. Draft ad copy and creative direction to support the content and video editor's production of visuals and campaign assets. Conduct hashtag research and healthcare/industry trend research using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Trends to optimize content reach and visibility. 3. Blog & Website Content Support Edit and update blog content in accordance with SEO best practices and direction from leadership. Support the Project Manager with content development and copywriting needs, including blog and campaign copy. Coordinate with the web development team on website content updates for both the U.S. and U.K. sites, including page copy and profile updates (content/copy coordination only; not responsible for technical website maintenance). 4. Directory & Online Presence Management Update and maintain online directory profiles (e.g., Psychology Today) on a monthly basis. Conduct periodic audits across social and directory platforms to identify growth opportunities. 5. Community Management Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries empathetically and within 24 hours. Foster a supportive online community aligned with Trust Therapeutics' values. Required Qualifications 1. Education Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field. 2. Experience Demonstrated experience in social media management and content coordination. Experience coordinating with designers, video editors, or creative teams on multi-platform campaigns. SEO research and content optimization experience preferred. 3. Technical Skills Proficiency with Later.com or similar scheduling platforms. Working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft/Google Suite (Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides). Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Trends, or similar research and analytics tools. 4. Certifications & Other Requirements High-level English proficiency (all meetings and communications in English). Ability to manage deadlines effectively in a remote, full-time role.
