Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with the brand's tone of voice and visual identity Create and edit short-form video content (Reels) for social media distribution Build landing pages and connect them to email marketing sequences using Kit (ConvertKit) Draft on-brand emails including promotional campaigns, nurture sequences, and client communications Repurpose existing content across formats (e.g., turning video concepts into email copy or social posts) Design marketing assets and presentations in Canva that reflect the brand's aesthetic standards Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to identify what's working and recommend improvements Proactively manage marketing operations — track pending tasks, flag bottlenecks, and keep projects moving forward Research trends and bring fresh content ideas and strategic recommendations to the table Keep brand consistency across all channels, so every touchpoint aligns with the established visual and tonal guidelines Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual aesthetics Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Kit (ConvertKit), including landing pages and automations Experience creating and editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar) Strong design skills using Canva or similar tools, with a natural eye for visual composition and branding Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Self-starter who takes initiative, manages tasks independently, and proactively identifies what needs to be done Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal oversight Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or online course creators Familiarity with building and optimizing sales funnels and lead generation workflows Experience with Pinterest for brand development or content inspiration Background in copywriting with the ability to adapt to different brand voices Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize effectively Interest in entrepreneurship, women's empowerment, or business coaching Why Join Us: This is a unique chance to become an integral part of a growing coaching brand and play a hands-on role in shaping its marketing direction.
