Job Description The AI Multimedia Artist supports the creation of AI-powered visual, video, and multimedia content for client and internal projects. Working closely with senior creative and AI team members, this role applies generative AI tools, design principles, and multimedia production skills to develop high-quality creative outputs while continuously learning new AI workflows and technologies. The position focuses on content execution, asset development, prompt creation, image and video generation, and creative experimentation. The AI Multimedia Artist contributes to project delivery by producing engaging content that meets creative, technical, and brand requirements. Key Result Areas: 1\. AI Content Production Create AI-generated images, videos, graphics, and multimedia assets for client and internal projects. 2\. Creative Asset Development Support concept development and translate creative briefs into visual outputs using AI and traditional creative tools. 3\. Prompt Development \& Optimization Develop, refine, and document prompts to improve output quality and consistency. 4\. Project Support \& Collaboration Work closely with creative, production, and project teams to deliver assets on time. 5\. AI Research \& Learning Stay updated on emerging AI tools, techniques, and creative workflows. Key Performance Indicators: Number of AI content projects completed On-time delivery of assigned assets Quality approval rate of submitted work Reduction in revisions through improved prompt development Adoption of new AI tools and workflows Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and clients Key Competencies and Skills: Foundational knowledge of Generative AI tools and workflows Basic prompt engineering and content generation skills Graphic design, multimedia, and visual storytelling skills Familiarity with image, video, and content creation platforms Attention to detail and quality standards Strong collaboration and communication skills Time management and ability to work on multiple projects Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, Communication Arts, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in multimedia design, content creation, digital art, or related creative disciplines. Experience using Generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Claude AI, Runway, Kling, Suno, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms. Portfolio demonstrating creative design, visual storytelling, or AI-generated content. Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent creative software. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to evolving AI technologies.
