Role Summary As a Multimedia Designer (Video) at Swan Studio, you’ll collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, and producers to craft high-performing social ads. From TikToks to Meta performance creatives, you’ll turn raw footage and briefs into compelling edits that convert. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce engaging direct response video content for paid social platforms (primarily Meta and TikTok) Work with creative strategists and designers to translate briefs into high-performing edits Cut both short-form and mid-length social videos with a focus on pacing, clarity, and conversion impact Optimise content for platform best practices and trends while ensuring brand alignment Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback Requirements Minimum three years of experience editing digital or advertising video content, with a portfolio that demonstrates performance-driven creative Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad formats, visual trends, and what makes an ad convert Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut, After Effects and Capcut Experience editing for both UGC-style and polished branded content Ability to work quickly, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Meticulous attention to detail and strong storytelling instincts Strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary aligned with experience and impact Continuous professional development with a dedicated budget for courses, tooling, and inspiration Flexibility to work remotely (we welcome applicants from anywhere) Opportunity to shape the future of AI-powered editing workflows within a leading creative agency How To Apply Send your CV, a short cover letter, and a link to your portfolio to dean@swan.studio and james@swan.studio.
