Responsibilities Call and engage leads to schedule appointments with clients Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects until appointments are set Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from potential clients Follow scripts to deliver value and handle objections effectively Update CRM with accurate and timely client interaction details Coordinate and manage appointment calendars Qualifications Persuasive communicator who thrives on building connections Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Confident in phone calls and comfortable using call scripts Strong customer service mindset with active listening skills Persuasive, resilient, and goal-driven personality Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups and schedules Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer support Technical Requirements: Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required Windows 10 or MAC OS is acceptable RAM: At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available Headset with a noise-canceling feature High Definition Webcam Stable internet connection of at least 10 MBPS Secondary equipment Documentation Needed : (To set your expectations, many clients are ready to hire immediately, even on the same day.
