As we continue to dominate the Canadian landscape, we are looking for a Sales Specialist who doesn't just know the local market but understands the global standards of executive travel. The Profile While this role is focused on the Canadian market , we are specifically seeking "Global Citizens" of the industry. You are the ideal candidate if you have a proven track record of closing deals and managing portfolios in: Canada & USA (North American corporate standards) Europe & Australia (High-demand short-term and executive rental markets) Core Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Proactively identify and secure new corporate contracts and RFPs within the Canadian market. Global Insight: Use your experience in US, AU, or EU markets to bring international best practices to our sales funnel. Client Stewardship: Manage high-level relationships with Global Mobility Managers and HR Directors to ensure their executives have seamless stays. Market Analysis: Monitor trends in short-term rentals (STR) and executive housing to maintain our competitive edge. Qualifications Must-Have Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Corporate Housing, Executive/Furnished Rentals, or Short-Term Rentals (STR) . Geographic Versatility: Deep understanding of at least two of the following markets: Canada, USA, Australia, or Europe. CST Availability: Ability to work standard Central Standard Time hours to align with our national operations. Communication: Elite negotiation and presentation skills (English fluency is essential).
